Everything I have gone through has taught me so much about myself and has given me the ability to help others.

 

Growing up I experienced so much trauma and chaos.

 

I am a survivor of childhood sexual and emotional abuse. After surviving so much darkness I lived unconsciously by engaging in unconscious relationships and living a life that lacked self love and care. After a significant life change I started awakening to the truth about who I am and I found meaning in what I had gone through. I began the journey to heal and recover from what was done to me. I finally faced the pain that I was avoiding for all those years. Ultimately I began to shift away from the beliefs that I was unloveable and not worthy. I began taking care of myself and started loving all the parts of myself by having self compassion and forgiveness. I remember and honor the past but loosened the grip it had on the present moment. I learned that there was a light so bright within that nothing, not even the darkest darkness can extinguish it.

 

I know firsthand that healing is possible and that building a life that is safe, loving and peaceful is possible.  While the journey of healing is never done, I enjoy a life that is built consciously with my partner Rob - (check out Consciously Coupled to learn about our couples coaching) around our values rather than out of unconscious patterns and fear.

I am no longer a prisoner in my body and mind and I am here to help others do the same. Guiding women to awaken, grow and heal is my passion and purpose and I am so honored to walk alongside others to help them find the way back to themselves.
